Naspire Platform
01

Acceptance and eligibility

By using Naspire, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any related platform policies that apply to your account, community activity, chapter participation, purchases, or applications. You may use the platform only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law and if your use does not violate any local requirement that applies to you.

Some features may require additional eligibility conditions, including identity details, points thresholds, payment status, role-based permissions, or successful review by the Naspire team. Access to those features may be granted, limited, or withdrawn based on those requirements.

02

Accounts and responsible use

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and ensuring that activity under your account complies with platform rules. You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct.

Naspire may restrict access, remove content, pause workflows, or suspend accounts where platform integrity, user safety, compliance, or operational trust is at risk.

03

Content, referrals, jobs, events, and courses

You retain responsibility for the content, referrals, job listings, event details, course materials, and submissions you publish or submit through Naspire. By posting or uploading content, you grant Naspire the limited rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, and distribute that content within the service.

You must ensure that anything you publish is accurate, lawful, and appropriately authorized. Naspire may remove or limit any content or workflow that appears misleading, infringing, unsafe, non-compliant, or inconsistent with platform standards.

04

Points, purchases, and paid services

Certain platform actions may require points, coins, purchases, or plan-based access. Pricing, eligibility, discounts, and feature access may vary by plan, role, campaign, or platform policy. Before completing a paid action, you are responsible for confirming the displayed cost and understanding the outcome of that action.

Unless otherwise stated, points and feature access are non-transferable, may be subject to expiration or policy controls, and do not create ownership rights in the platform. Naspire may update points rules, creation costs, or purchase flows as the product evolves.

05

Chapters, communities, and governance

Local chapters, communities, and related leadership workflows are subject to additional operating standards, policy acknowledgments, and review conditions. Approval to establish, manage, or participate in a chapter is a governed privilege, not an automatic entitlement.

Where chapter establishment, founder benefits, participation standards, legal compliance, or operational requirements apply, those materials form part of the user’s responsibilities within that workflow.

06

Termination, enforcement, and liability

Naspire may investigate misuse, enforce platform rules, revoke access to features, suspend accounts, or terminate service where necessary to protect members, partners, operations, legal compliance, or the reputation of the platform. We may also discontinue or modify features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naspire provides the platform on an as-available basis and disclaims warranties except where such disclaimers are not allowed. Naspire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from platform use, third-party interactions, or user-generated content.
